“ Very good location with a lake view. However, the dinner was disappointing. Chairs were dirty, they had stains on it. Waitresses were inexperienced. It might be a good place to have a drink next to the lake. ”

“ The location of this restaurant is amazing and it has lovely view, it is accessible for wheelchairs and the facilities are very clean including the toilets. Service is average; I have experienced two things that they should improve, they don’t provide cutlery sets unless you ask for! How can I eat salad without it! Also, some waiters are not experienced and lack basics of service etiquette; we were sitting on the couches where the tables are low, she was struggling with placing the plates on the table and she literally threw the plate, some dropped from thr plate and she didn’t bother herself to apologize, or offer more fries! Food is okay but not so special, prices are expensive compared to the portions, they can improve the portions. It is a lovely view, but don’t expect amazing service. ”

“ I ate here for the first time, And the employees where very professional in there way of serving. I didn’t like the time i had to wait for my food, in other hand it was saturday so i get it. The reason im write this review is because of the sunset, that i did not suspect at first place. I really liked it, as u can see it was breathtaking. We had a good spot to eat, the sunset was so good. Im not even talking about the food yet I mean al with al it was oke but it would have been better if there was a bit more ingredients in there. I really enjoyed eating at the beren. I do recommend it if u go for the sunset. ”
“ We had the social deal four course dinner for €25,95. This is a very good deal for what you get. Very tastefull appetizers, cruchy fries and tastefull desserts Good Chickenburger. Only the spareribs are dissepointing. Precooked from the wholesale. Not homemade and tasteless. Sweet means you get honey on them. Not sweet marinade. So als tasteless but sweet. This has not changed sinds the last time I ate at De Beren in Bleiswijk about 20years ago. It took quite a while before we got the fries. We were half way our dinner. But later on when more staff arrived the service was better but still a bit slow. We would eat here again but skip the ribs. ”
